Students interested in applying must submit:
- A completed application form* along with
a $50.00 non-refundable application fee. The application deadline
is April 15.
- Official transcripts of all undergraduate, graduate and professional
course work. These transcripts must be submitted directly to the
Office of Admissions, College of Medical Sciences.
- Official reports of standardized test scores (MCAT or DAT)
taken within the last 5 years.
- Applicants must submit a) one letter of recommendation
from a pre-professional advisory committee or b) two letters of
recommendation from two instructors who can comment on applicant's
personal character, integrity, and aptitude in science.
If the applicant has been in the work place for a prolonged period,
c) two letters of recommendation from employers may be substituted.
Upon receipt of the completed application and required credentials,
the Committee on Admissions will select those applicants to be interviewed.
All applicants who are eventually accepted into the program must
be interviewed. An invitation to appear for an interview should
not be construed by the applicant as evidence of acceptance.
The admission process to the graduate program in Biomedical
Sciences is not related in any way to the admissions process of
any other program at Nova Southeastern University.
