The Mission of the College of Medical Sciences is to train students in the Basic Medical Sciences and to prepare them for careers in Health Care and Higher Education.

In accordance with this mission, the College of Medical Sciences offers a Master of Biomedical Sciences degree and provides basic science instructors for the colleges within the Health Professions Division.
